Spain is a very odd place, in a good way off course! But then again. It could be argued the same for all places where humans live and interact for a prolongued period of time.

Doing Much While Getting Nothing Done!

How many people do we know that every time a volunteer is needed. They offer themselves for the job?
And how many of those times do they really finish and accomplish the task?
